Community Art Mural Project
We are very excited to introduce our Community Mural Art Project. Join multi-disciplinary artist Mo Thunder next week as we create a community mural together in the Applegrove Lounge!
April 15, 3:30-5:30 PM – Seniors and Youth Design Consult (seniors and youth only):
We are asking seniors and youth to join us to meet Mo Thunder and come up with the design for the mural. This is your chance to have your voice heard, share with us your ideas and tell us what Applegrove and this community means to you!
April 16-19, 12:00-5:00 PM – Community Mural Painting Sessions (open to everyone):
Once the design is created we will be working on the mural! Come early on Tuesday to help Mo use a Doodle Sketch and draw out the Mural. We’ll hopefully start painting at the end of the day! Wednesday through Friday drop-in any time from 12-5 to help paint the mural with Mo’s guidance.
